I am sad to let these lenses go, but I am restructuring my business due to the diversity of work I produce. I am moving to a model where I own less kit and rent cine glass depending on the needs of the production.

I have owned this lens set since Jan 2017. They have a beautiful look. They are also sharp, lightweight, mechanically perfectly smooth and have full-frame coverage. Optically and mechanically they are like new. They were last serviced in the summer, and had collimation checked. I have used them on 1 shoot since then and they performed perfectly. There are no scratches or cleaning marks, and there is no dust inside these lenses. Optically and mechanically AS NEW CONDITION!

They have served me exceptionally well over the last 21 months. They have been meticulously looked after by myself, and have been serviced by HIT in Hamburg during my ownership. All servicing work has thus far been carried out under warranty, and there is 3 months warranty balance remaining.

Additional to the warranty services, I paid €220 for a deeper inspection of the 25mm lens in June 2018 (not covered by the warranty because there was no fault with the lens – work was done at my discretion). I had read reports that the 25mm wasn't as sharp as the other lenses, in some cases. I did tests and to my eye the 25mm was only a little softer at T1.5, not enough to bother me. However, HIT have improved some of the their QC and manufacturing processes since I purchased, and I wanted to make sure this lens set was in tip top condition. I asked HIT to rebuild the 25mm and ensure it was as sharp as possible. They replaced an element, only charged for labour, and upon return the lens was performing better than ever. The performance is identical to a brand new set that has just come out of the factory!

The best deal I can find (in the UK) on these lenses new is £13,495 exVAT – and there is a 6-10 week lead time! I am asking £11,000 exVAT, available immediately. I am also open to offers from anyone who is serious. I would recommend coming to see me in Oxford to test the lenses for yourself!

Also included in the sale is a bespoke 6 lens peli case, 4 PL mount 40.5mm rear filter adaptors, and a Tiffen Soft FX 40.5mm filter. These items alone are worth about £750 new.

Apologies for the delay replying to this, Kalechi. Suddenly got very busy and haven't had the time to update this post. I've spent the morning exporting some frames from 2 music videos and 1 doc shoot. I only have access to these projects today, and they were shot on my FS7. I shoot on a Red with a production company, and I'm with them next week so I will be able to get some 6K Dragon frames and R3D files for better examples.

The projects i've taken the frames from will follow this reply – and here are links to the two music videos themselves (the doc is still in development).

Holy Island – all the exterior island shots on Celeres except the short sections inside the tunnel and the timelapses (on a Canon 16-35 f2.8), and the piano shots were on an Angy 20-120 t2.9

We're Just a Love Song – only the basement (sync) + beach + house interiors shot on Celere. All the forest scenes were shot on some adapted vintage Tamron SP macro zooms (you'll see the onion ring bokeh and completely different look). The super wide shot in the Basement was also shot on an adapted 17mm Tamron on a speedbooster.

The stills to follow were all shot on the Celeres between T1.5 and T2.

Still frames exported from We're Just a Love Song (shot in 2K, using 25mm, 36mm, and 85mm+1/4ProMist) – https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Y48EJEM5rfDdVkXgnHMevrzqdkdwB5cE

Still frames exported from Holy Island (shot in 2K, using 25mm, 36mm, and 50mm) – https://drive.google.com/open?id=1OX-7fnw5drnBK_qXh2PD-nWW6CCEV9a6

Still frames exported from untitled doc (shot in 4K, all on 50mm, only a quick LUT thrown on for a grade) – https://drive.google.com/open?id=1nVnd5qpiXvJJWhMxZxwt1EwDuEmuqybY

None of these frames have had any sort of sharpening or noise reduction performed in post. All shot on an FS7. They were graded in Premiere.

Red 6K files from other projects to follow.
