Cce-mp vs. Cs4 encore

[Mark L. Pederson]

Anyone with experience with CCE-MP for SD DVD encoding from HD media?

I am interested in hearing anyone who has compared encode quality of CCE-MP vs. CS4 Encore for SD DVDs from 1920x1080 HD media before I shell out the $795.00

Mark, we use CCE software encode product all these years even for big studio projects.

Does not know if their CCE-MP product will meet the mark and have not used CS4 Encore though.

IMO, Cinemacraft makes THE finest standard definition MPEG-2 encoder. The controls and settings you're given are top notch and studio quality.

I've used CCE SP2 and CCE-MP is supposed to be a slight step up as it uses the same compression engine as their turnkey solution. You're lucky you can purchase it as a plugin.
