Cartoni C20 with Pan bar, QR, Tie-down,
Head has some issue(s) - the Fluid drag is stuck, this may just need an adjustment if you know how to do such things, but I don't know personally anything about that.
There may or may not be a very slight fluid leak on that side. when I wiped down the head I noticed a bit of residue there, but again a very minor amount and I couldn't tell if it was coming from the head itself or if it was simply some muck from outside the head but I want to be upfront about that as a possibility.
Lastly, I am not sure how to operate the 100° / 120° knob or what it does... when I tried to move it from 100 to 120 it didn't seem exited to move (see video) and I didn't want to force it. It may be working perfect, I just do know anything about it
