  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Anyone got problems sending emails to their Bomb Squad Reps??
The emails i've sent keeps bouncing back from yesterday.

Yes! I've got this message just when I was about to say yes to a shipping of some important back order items... Was trying to mail Brian Byrne. Sure they fix it soon:

"Thanks for the email. Please note that I will be out of the office from August 6-9 and have limited access to emails during that time. If it is an urgent matter, please email Nick Miller at Nickm@red.com so he can assist you. If it is not urgent, I will reply as soon as I am able."

Yesterday was a holiday in the US so the reps had on their Out of Office autoreplies.

Hi Brent,

It was not an out of office reply. It was a meesage undeliverable failure. I tried Brian B, Haley Peralta and Dan Duran. All bounced back.
