I just got the C5.5 and Ive been trying to work with CS5.5 red files but everytime I try to import a red file its says error unsupported file, I tried to download the red epic importer but I dont know how to open the .bundle files on mac, I am running on Mac os x 10.5.8 2.8Ghz intel core 2 duo, 4gb. Can someone please help me,

Thank you,

I'd guess your problem MAY be that you're still running OSX Leopard 10.5.8. I would think Snow Leopard at minimum would be needed for the latest Red stuff.

Are you saying that you tried to download the epic importer and failed or you cant decompress the download or you just don't know where to place the files? Can you clarify?

Installation instructions must be followed to the letter. They are here : http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/redepic_importer/redepic_importer_install_premiere.pdf

Download v2 is here http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/redepic_importer/?tabID=details#tabTop

I cant decompress the download when I double click on it says that I dont have an application to open this and cant open the instructions to see how to install, but like eric said can that be my problem that I am running on an older os or can I do it with my current Os?

Somebody please help, I cant work natively with my Cs5.5, I cant decompress .bundle files on my snow leopard, what do I have to do? Everytime I go to aftereffects and want to work natively I get an error message,
