Cant export TIFF or Jpeg snapshot from Helium footage in REDcine-X

For some odd reason, I can not export a snapshot Tiff or Jpeg in REDcine on my MacBook Pro Retina. I can snapshot a R3D but nothing else. I get a error message with 0 frames exported. The super odd thing is, that I can export a snapshot on my MacPro from the same mini- mag with no problem but not on my MacBook Pro. I haven't had any of these issues until recently. I can export dragon 6k with no issues, but Helium footage won't allow it.

Are you running the latest version of RCX on both machines?

Yes, build 42 on both machines

problem solved. my MacBook Pro has Nvidia graphics cards so I needed to enable the cuda in RCX. works fine now.

I'm also having this issue. No Cuda Graphics card on my machine though. Any thoughts? Running RCX 42.
