Can't export stills?

Anyone else having a problem exporting TIFFs from REDCINE-X PRO? Scrub though, click export still and the first one goes though but then subsequent exports just hang? Have the problem on both OSX and Windows and also on my producer's OSX machine. Latest build installed... Solution?

yep having the same issue, although sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. yesterday around 15 shots I had in my batch export list didn't go through, then I did a restart and everything was fine. today same issue again :/

I find this can happen if you get trigger happy and do it too quickly one after the other. Keep and eye on the progress tab to see what hangs. Deleting the one that hangs will make the others in the queue finally render out.

yep just noticed that too...as long as you always just export one still at a time it works fine, but as soon as a few files line up in the batch list it screws up.

Yeah, I had this experience as well. If you try and clear the queue it freezes RCX.

Thanks guys. For now I was able to do it by just waiting until each one was exported before doing anything else.
