Can't connect the Komodo Expander Module if using a Cage

I was doing more testing on my new Komodo and using the Expander Module. Ran into several hiccups. First being that I had to take my cage off in order to get the expander module mounted. Does anyone know where I can get longer quick release 3/8 or 1/4 screws? There didn't seem to be anyway to get the expander mounted due to the additional footprint of a cage. The supplied quick release screws are too short and I can't find any appropriate screws online so far.

Secondly it appears that if you use the Expander it connects to the control port needed for Komodo control on the SmallHD. The additional port on the bottom right of the expander uses a smaller connection, but this cable isn't supplied with the SmallHD monitor.

Abandoned the expander module.. picked up the Mutiny back instead. More good, less bad : )

The tilta is also a good option. Drawbacks are that it doesn’t have a big red record button like the Mutiny and the mutiny back can provide accessory power without having a v-mount attached (which is good for ronin work).
