Its made by a lens tech friend. No issues in back focus as its shimmed the same as the canon mount. You do have to be careful not to over tighten. Only limitation is the size of the PL lenses rear baffle, otherwise pretty simple and great results.

I have only ever had it on my 5D's can't see if there's any difference mount wise. Sensor yes, Not in LA.
