Im intrested in this lens but have only seen fullframe taken pictures with it. Since you have to ad more distance to your subject to frame to compensate for the crop factor. It would be great to se how much dof you get with people in wide and medium shots.

For 4K 2:1 at f1.4

At 1m distance you get a total depth of 4cm
At 5m - 92cm
At 10m - 3.81
At 20m - 17.07m with 14.61m near distance

If my calculations are correct.

It will be hard to find examples that will suit the exact setup you're looking for. Because of distance, aperture etc, etc. Rent it for a day and you'll know what you're getting. Still lenses are cheap to rent so this is your best bet. Maybe you can head out to your dealer and just try it on with your camera for a few minutes prior to buying. Most dealers I know have no problem handing out the lens for a couple of minutes.

I don't know how it works in Sweden, but here in germany you could also buy it online and send it back if you don't like it for a period of 14 days. So if you already like the lens and thinking about getting it anyway, you could do it like that. Probably faster and definitely more efficient than looking for shots online.
