Canon Motion Mount in Sydney

I am keen to buy a Canon Motion Mount but unsure how it will work with my preferred lenses. Are their any kind souls in Sydney who would either allow me to rent or borrow a mount for a half a day so I can shoot some tests?

Hi Tom,

I haven't heard of anyone with the Canon Motion Mount, but if you find one please let me know how you like or dislike it with your CN-E primes.

Tim,

I will respond here with results when I manage a test. I understand the 4 stop ND limitation when lenses are near or wide open but can't get a commitment from Red in this regard. I suspect the full frame nature of the CN primes may be helpful preventing vignetting but need to test hopefully soon.
