oh man, two 35mm's just sold on ebay for under $3k, i was kind of shocked and was wondering why they were going for so cheap. ill keep a look out for more.

I noticed that too, I couldn't get either. The current used market value for CN-E has dropped I have seen them go for as low as $2500 (Two 135mm's a few months back) I got a 50mm at $2300 in April
hmm, i wonder why, are they like $5K?
i was shocked seeing them go for like 3000 dollars off!

that oldoptics guy on ebay is in santa monica? selling cn-e lenses for like 2000 cheaper? i wonder what the deal is with that too?
all i know is from samys or bandh they are like $5k, am i wrong, whats going on?

I think a lot of people got these lenses when they first came out, for some reason they were not as popular as like Zeiss prime lenses which people were more familiar with.. they deliver an AMAZING image and are now becoming more popular, if you find em cheap you should grab em

i think they are far nicer then the zeiss cp2, the only drawback i see is that they can never go PL, ef only, but they are the only newer primes i like that are affordable.
im looking for more on the long end, 135, 85, or maybe a 50. they really need a 100mm and an 18mm in my opinion.
