  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

it might look plasticky but if it is as well weatherized as their pro dslrs that's a plus. how many rubber seals does the epic have? *crickets*
 
Am I imagining things, or do I see a lot of blown out highlights and a lack of detail in the shadows? Or is that just this filmmaker's interpretation of a gritty look?

Looked as though there was some form of intermediate mount ?
 
Id recon they wont have missed a trick with good electronic coupling

That may be the camera being used to shoot the big screen.. I'd reserve critical analysis for later ; )
 
The digital presentation (or the image quality of the camera itself as the case may be) seems to be getting some criticism from those who are there and spilling the beans live.

well, I didn't say I was selling my EPIC-M! :closedeyes:

but a rising tide lifts all boats - the sooner 4K is a standard, the better our chances for affordable delivery....

You're not really judging the image quality of this thing from a cell phone shot of a projected image, are you?
