SOLD

Selling my mint condition lens. Optics and body, everything appears brand new and practically is brand new! Barley used.

I don't have the box/ warranty card or the little canon cloth pouch for it, but I do have the sun hood.

I paid 2,300 new. I am looking to net $1,825 (price is firm)

I think you'll get more bites if you price it lower. I got a mint 24-70 for $1000. Especially since the mk II 24-70 is out now and is sharper and lighter, you're going to find it to be nearly impossible to sell your lens for so much.

I think the one he is selling is in fact a Version II.

He's selling the 2nd version. :-)

haha yes this is the NEWEST version II not the soft version I ;-)

Item is located in St. Louis, MO - only selling because I purchased a new truck and a bunch of new gear and I am forced to sell my beloved Canon L zooms. The best one I have is the last one I have left too. The 24-70 II is an amazing piece of glASS ;-) - I will end up buying her again down the road. Thats for damn sure! but in the mean time need the funds to put toward the new gear.

Uh, yeah, that's a version 2. You can see that clearly in the photo. $1,825 is a great price for that lens, it rocks.

I'm sorry to say that, but ver I can't be called 'soft' version. Most of them are equal sharp to ver II. The same with 14mm. The same with 85mm.

I owned ver. I and now I have ver. II and I've shot a ton of stuff on both lenses and I can most definitely say that ver. II is much sharper.
