  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Can you have framelines on both EVF & LCD when using +1 module?

Hi all,

As the titles asks - Can you have framelines on both the EVF & LCD when using +1 module?

I can set them on the 5" LCD & SDI output - but it seems I can't get anything on the EVF.

Anyway of doing this?...

Yes it is possible.

Make sure you are on the right signal stream when you are changing your video settings. If the EVF is plugged into the front and the touch screen plugged into the +1, you are looking for Brain EVF and Rear LCD.

Got it, and it works now, thanks...
The wording of which port/display/evf I was changing confused me at first but now it makes sense...

No worries! Made that mistake myself several times in the past hahaha

Happy shooting!

I ha d the hardest time once to make that work. I found out that it was about the order in which you select the frame lines. Unfortunately I don't remember now the order, but if you are having trouble, deselect all the frame lines, and select them again in different order. It should work...
