  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hi All

Hopefully you can help me, I have just shot some footage with a dragon at 5k. Ejected card, went to copy from drive failed immediately. Ejected card reinserted now red watchdog sees it but it doesn't show up within CINEXPRO or finder. Put card back in camera and can play back and see footage, every second or third time but will not roll.
Any help is appreciated.

I had this problem on a 6k Dragon last month while using a 512gb 1.8" Mag. I was finally able to download the footage through redcine by connecting the camera via an ethernet cable. I've tried a secure format on the card however it still has the same apparent prblem. My next step is going to be sending the card into RED.
 
Thank you so so much, worked by your method. As for the card it’s cactus, but you saved me almost $3000 in helicopter costa by not having to fly the job again.
