I am looking for a recommendation for a cheapish (around 500, something like the Panasonic HC-V770) camera that has HDMI out and works the moment it gets power (i.e. does not need to be turned on, sort of like an industrial camera) and keeps the zoom/exposure/etc. settings from the previous session.
