Camera Settings that Effect R3D file?

Dose the Master Gain or Tone Curve actually change any image information the camera creates in the R3D file.
Are there any menu settings you can actually change to affect what the camera records into the Raw file?

Or is it Raw no matter what?

The only things that actually affect the RAW are shutter speed, frame rate, and exposure. The rest is metadata.
