Hi, Does anyone know where to get insurance for the Red Epic in Australia (i.e. for loss, theft, damage)? An insurance place that also offers cover for other people handling/operating my equipment when I want to work with a film crew? (I'm an individual not a business)

I would suggest Fireman's Fund insurance they are really good and offer great and fast service. Visit this website.

I would try Heffernan Insurance brokers. They do a variety of production based insurance.
they do have rates that are based on owner/operator meaning your rate is based on you being on the crew/job with your equip. If you are renting it out to others and you are not "present" as an "operator/owner" your rates will be higher.

Its all online and quite convenient.
