Camera factory resets itself everytime I restart

I have no idea how this started but out of no where my RED seems to do a factory reset or something everytime I turn it off and then back on again. It takes awhile to boot and the fans go full power. Then the Terms and Conditions show up and all my settings are reset. I tried doing my own factory reset and I tried doing a firmware reset (5.3.35) and even a beta upgrade, neither things worked. Can't figure out why this is happening. Does anyone have experience with this??

do you have the firmware force_upgrade file on your Redmag?

No it does this even without a mag inside

Remove all the modules, and see if you can pin-point it. So, basically, have a brain + LCD (with no mount or SSD module or side handle) and see if it can boot without issue that way. Then add in modules to see if its something outside of the brain.

Ok i'll try that Mike, It might be my mount I guess, the electronic pins got damaged. Just sucks as I'm on an asian tour right now and haven't heard anything back from RED Japan or my BombSquad REP about getting a replacement mount
