camera c'ant see the media

Hi all

I have a problem with my red one camera (builed 16 )
The camera can't see the red drive or red cards.In case of the red drive we replaced the drive cable and the drive, with no luck.In any case the camera showes; no media.In one occation the camera showed error no' 1 on the lcd.
We tryed to restore to defoult but with no change.Any ideas?

Maybe you trijed already but try even if he doesn't see the media to fragment.

It works with non red cards in 2 K. It will reconnized them.
