I just finished a commercial for poptent.net's Callaway Big Bertha Diablo Commercial Assignment. Let me know what you guys think.

Shot with the Canon XH-A1 (couldn't afford to rent a Red One this time), edited in Final Cut Studio 2, and graphics done in After Effects. And this was my first time using After Effects, so be gentle. ;)

Ah, reminds me of two things...

1> That I need to buy a new driver.

2> It takes a lot of balls to golf the way I do.

Ha. Jeff the first image that popped into my head was you playing golf while suspended from a helicopter over an active volcano trying to line up a putt.

Now that would take a lot of balls to play! ;)

Im guessing you have been learning AE from Andrew Kramer. He is a legend. Next time, try blending your effects shots into the live action rather than placing them on top.

I wanna play golf against the devil. He wouldn't be able to score if his balls keep exploding.

Hah! Yeah I wouldn't have been able to do any of those effects without Andrew Kramer's tutorials. Luckily the way I imagined the effects was pretty much how he explained them, so it worked perfectly. He even gave me permission to use his street debris from 3D Studio Max and I just changed the color to green.
