California Internet Tax Bill - Does this effect RED?

Pardon my ignorance, but if orders are placed online from RED and shipped to another state, do we now have to pay the new internet sales tax?

The internet tax bill only affects sales to ca residents by ca companies who were already required to pay those taxes.

But you are still likely obligated to pay sales or use tax in your state regardless. Most states require you to report purchases and pay sales tax.
