Hello dear Red user, Once a year, in Firenze four teams (Blue/White/Red/Green) representing different parts of the city play on the Piazza Santa Croce .
It's a really special ball game, on the field the guy's can do almost every thing to score.
I really enjoyed filming that sport and even more editing it.
Thanks to David Battistella who got the press passes.
So a couple of week ago we were three shooters Francesco Lepori with a 5D David Battistella and me with a Red M.
Hope you'll enjoy.
Best

EDIT:
Because this improvised movie is still alive and popular on internet after almost 3 years.
I decided to upload a Full HD version, me think it is worth it. :-)
And for the the newbies who are still wondering if a Red M is good enough.
Here is an example of what you can do in an hostile environement and no prep with a Red M, a tripod, a mattebox and a couple of Nikon lenses.
I still can't believe you can get a shooting Red one kit for 4000$

very nice stuff, I enjoyed in greatly. wow talk about tough guys!

Amazing!!!

It's easy to recognize that Francesco Lepori with a 5D handheld was in the "front row" position close to the playground and David Battistella with Brice Ansel above on the top with RED1M.

It's pity that we didn't meet last time in May I was there in Tuscany.

Have a look at the flickr links below

Also regards to David Battistella.

That shit was awesome! Thanks for posting Brice. The footage looked great and the editing and music were really well done. I don't know what the hell was going on, but it sure was entertaining to watch. Someday I'm gonna go see that in person :)

A bump for a full HD version (first post).
