C-mount lenses and bellows on Red

I specialise in macro shooting using c-mount lenses or lenses such as Zeiss Luminars mounted on bellows with a c-mount attachment, or through a microscope using a c-mount. I am interested in buying a Red camera to use for macro work - does anyone know
(a) whether c-mount macro lenses will work on the Red or
(b) if a PL adapter on a bellows fitted with a Luminar or similar will work.
I would be most grateful for any feedback on this.

I use a 63mm luminar with home made bellows and a pl mount. It works fine. Luminars will cover a 4x5 inch view camera.
