Button Mapping Options List?

Does anyone know where I can copy and paste the button mapping options list? I'm trying to make a customizable PDF with dropdowns that match the button remapping software Red released. That way our students can print button maps for their configurations. Maybe something like this already exists? :?

I don't want to type out every option! :|

Thanks for the great menu guide, but not quite what I was looking for - you know how you can reprogram the buttons? How there is a huge list of options? I want that list.

Unless I missed that? Seems like those documents are menu trees, not the shortcuts you can assign to the buttons.
