  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Very cool indeed, however so far I have not been able to come across any Xlarge Panels, made of various single units, as in this case, that do not leave the lines from panel to panel junction, so I do believe that the video shows a "ON" green screen image and not actual imaging coming form the panel itself once it is fully open, still impressive, but I am sure misleading ... ;)
 
It is not even full 1280x720 HD. This technology is common in commercial outdoor LED displays like you see on billboards and at stadiums. Elegant design and engineering for the system but not what we would consider a cinema quality display by any means.
 
"42-bit color depth" - from what source?
"4.4 trillion colors" - from what source?
"High Resolution Retina LED Display" - so the word "retina" becomes more meaningless by the minute...
