Build 30, can't find focus assist?

All I can find is overlay with the poxy graph at the bottom or without the graph. Where's the peeking/red/blue fringing feature?

Sounds like you have VIEWFINDER / METER / ASSISTS enabled ?

Focus check is VIEWFINDER / FALSE COLOR / FOCUS

Aha, you are indeed a wizard. Thanks for that. I remember thinking to myself when I was checking false colour, "What's this all about?"

So you can't have both on a programmed user key? And what's the deal with exposure? I take it the video choice is the same as old false colour?

Does anyone use focus overlay?

you can have both, just program the user key to use "multi". That will let you cycle through all the color options including the blue fringing.
I believe what you're talking about with exposure is the overlay that shows red for what's blown out (overexposed) and purple for whats under the noise floor.
Yes I use focus overlay all the time.
