Hello All,
we are just upgrade our RED MX cameras to Build 30.6.10 version and we are suffer from troubles that we aren't suffer with the previous version, did anyone has suffered from troubles like not recording proxy files or not closeting R3D files and troubles such those troubles?
Thanks, Yaron.

Other than having initial problems with the upgrade itself loading to the camera, seems to work perfect after recording for me. Of course have all latest QT and OSX updates and running RCX build 351.

Maybe upgrade the firmware again to your camera. This build for whatever reason took a LONG time to upload into the camera. In fact so long i thought it was stuck and almost power cycled the camera to restart.

So I have seen some weirdness too...when booting and before recording it will flash forward and backwards frames...in other words it shows frames that are LIVE in the EVF and monitor and then it will show an old frame from like 1 sec ago in time....then hit record and it stops this nonsense..recordings seem ok

My camera is having problems with boot hangups and freezes with both 30.6 and 30.6.10 builds. 30.5 has no issues.

Had these as well.....seems to be fine now. Here's what i did. Load new firmware....let it take it's time loading; then on re-power....turn off cam; then disconnect battery. Once disconnected, then re-connect and repower up.

That seemed to get me to a new starting point. Might just be blind luck, but works now.

Thanks to all of you, regard to Stuart question, the problems was occur when we shot on RED Drive and later on CF card 16GB as well.
Thanks again, Yaron.
