Build 17... Power on but no picture!!!

Yesterday shooting, in morning i power on camera but no picture present in EVF show menu and information and status normally. i try cycle camera for 2-3 times so camera comeback normal... what happen please suggest? thank you

Try both the lcd and the sdi outputs. If there is no picture on any of them but the rear lcd display works put a card in and try recording something. If you get error messages when attempting to record get in tough with Red.

same both of EVF and SDI output (i'm not receive Red Lcd yet), and massage showed
" Record Error Rocketio fault " what does it mean and how to fix it

Today shoot and no image agian+++

today morning i went rental work and power on camera but still no image in both of EVF and Lcd and when record camera massage "record error Rocketio Fault" ,, i try cycle power for many time ,try to system restore and many many thing that i can think of. i try to did upgrade firmware but the problem still... at last i did update firmware again and camera come normal. today i loose 2 1/2 hours for fix this problem .i'm too worry about this situation and want to know how to fix this problem permanently please suggest me ....

Sounds hardware related.

Call red and get them to have a look at it.
