I just did a test with build 17 footage on Scratch:
-4K 2:1 25fps RedCode 28 non-max mode plays 24fps in Scratch 2K high
-4K 2:1 25fps RedCode 28 max mode plays 20fps in Scratch 2K high
We used to be able to play real time 25fps with build 15 on our Scratch station in 2K high.
