  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I have the same problem too. I would say at least 3 shots a day give me an audio error and a green screen on playback. So i need to retake the shot in case it was a bad take... very embarassing, especially when client asks to see the said take... waiting for a solution to the problem.
 
David, fast forwarding and rewinding the clip will often allow it to play, but probably it's best to tell the clients at the beginning of the shoot that there is a playback bug in camera that won't affect the recorded images or sound but will give playback errors consisting of a green screen and AUDIO_FAULT message. That way you preempt them from asking and don't feel embarrassed when it happens if they insist.
