  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Build 16 and 8Gb cards

What is the reason of this limitation...when i was in build 15 i had no problem with that
 
Even on Build 15 RC36 was only ever available when shooting 2:1 if using cards, not 16:9. Maybe you are getting confused with shooting 16:9 RC36 to drives?

We just received two new RED bodies and our 8GB cards are not working with them during my testing. I had not formatted them since the last time we used them off of a Build 15 body. Both bodies just won't recognize or mount the cards. It mounts and formats the RED drives fine, but not the CF cards. Anything?

You will need to format the cards using Build 16.
 
Do I need to format them on the mac? I can't format it from the camera because they won't mount the cards.
