Broadcast Delivery SD format differences

Can anyone tell me which of these following choices is the best way to go?

MXF D10-30 OP1a
MXF D10-50 OP1a
Quicktime DV25
Quicktime IMX 30 (Final cut)
Quicktime IMX 50 (Final cut)
Avid Mpeg 50 (Avid)
Mpeg2 15Mbps 720x576 interlaced.


A broadcaster wants a video in SD and they want it in any of those formats.

Is one better than another?

a friend told me IMX 50 is the best.. i guess i'll go with that. anyone have any light to shed on this ??
