Brainwashed Love

[Shawn Bannon]

Heres the title sequence to my first feature film Brainwashed Love. 95% of the movie was shot Red 4k at 320 asa.

Brainwashed Love is the first feature film of Shawn Bannon & Alix Large. Cinematography by Helder Sun. Brainwashed Love will premiere in early 2010.
Brainwashed Love is close to the lowest budget feature you can make and we couldn't of gotten such beautiful results without the RED. I should have the trailer up by the end of next week.

Hey Shawn. Like it very much! Love Roadblock's cameo as well. Can wait to see the finished product.

[Shawn Bannon]

Thanks Warren. I wish Roadblock was in it more. He helped out a lot on the shoot though. I can't wait to project the footage on the big screen. I'll let you know when the premiere is.

[Pietro Impagliazzo]

The song is awesome.

And who's the dude who looks like Waingro from Heat?

[Shawn Bannon]

I'm guessing you mean this guy. This is my good friend Eric Baxter. He does primarily effects but does quite a bit of acting as well.

[Julio Quintana]

That actually looks really fun. The music really sets a great tone. If the rest of the movie matches it, you've probably got an entertaining movie on your hands.

Is this shot from your movie?

[Shawn Bannon]

Hey Pietro,
Thats actually a shot from another project.

So I forgot to ask...

What is the movie (Brainwashed Loved) about? Care to pitch it to us?

yeah man definitely let me know!

I don't have a pitch quite yet. We will have a trailer up by the end of next week so this will give a pretty good idea. It is a love story. But grittier and more realistic than romantic comedies. I love early Godard and Cassavetes movies. So more in the realm of a modern day version of their love stories.

Reminds me of Oingo Boingo's Dead Man's Party. They did that song in a movie, actually. I think it was Back to School.

There's a feature associated with this music video?

From the first line on the first post on the thread:

" Heres the title sequence to my first feature film Brainwashed Love. 95% of the movie was shot Red 4k at 320 asa. "
