I'm having an occasional boot failure and a couple of times the camera has locked up with none of the buttons responding; had to pull the battery to power down and reboot.

Not disastrous problems, no footage lost, but an inconvenience for sure, and the lockups are frighting.

Also, I couldn't get the 48v to turn on until I rebooted the camera. Just one occurrence, not discounting pilot error, but will keep an eye on it.

Good shooting and best regards,

Leo

Hi Leo,

If you would like to please generate a camera .log file and send it to me via email, we can decode that and take a look to see if the camera is reporting the possible cause(s). And from there I can troubleshoot further with you.
Thanks,

Have you tried re-downloading the firmware and a reinstall off a freshly formatted card? Could be you have a corrupt firmware installation...

I'll give it a try, Jeff.

Thank you!

Thank you, Sean, and Red, for immediate response to a relatively small problem.

As usual, fantastic customer service.

Good shooting and best regards,

Leo
