  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

BombSquad Email?

Brent, just out of curiosity, will you guys be shipping the Scarlets with the Ti Canon mounts before everyone that ordered the "separate" Ti mount for their EPICs get theirs?
 
Brian, do what I said to do in the post you quoted :). If you need to reach out to us to confirm an order or make changes, call/use contact us form.

I answered in another thread yesterday or day before. Product ships by order date/time. If you placed an order for a mount before someone placed order before their SCARLET with it, you get it first.

Thank for the reply Brent! :) Is 949.206.7900 the number for Bomb Squad? I called that number to make the change to the order, but they said they can't modify it since it's already been placed. I was told that Bomb Squad would probably be able to make the change though, however I don't have their number. (This 'change' I need to make to the order is the name. The first name on the billing and shipping address is not correct. They suggested that I could place a new order and have the old one cancelled, but I don't want to do that because I'd lose my place in line.)

Brent, You are amazing for all your responses Thanks so much! One more question, IF Dec 1st will not happen for the AL mount will there be some sort of email/contact made to us if there will be delays? Because I would need to plan accordingly. Sorry Im just worried because of shoots planned.

I am sure the date we first ship the SCARLET with that mount will be an easy find on REDUSER when it happens :)
