Bomb EVF and controlling camera functions

Can anybody tell me how i can perform the following operations when my bomb evf is attached?

eject and reformat media
change look settings,
adjust evf setting
change fps
secure format
exposure mode
raw mode etc

the way we have been doing it is to switch from lcd monitor back and forth with evf. seems quite arcane.. cant find any of these functions on redmote, and quite frankly hate the redmote...

I've previously posted about some clever key-mapping to accomplish this, but that's out of date with the current firmware. If you have a redmote, use it while docked to navigate the on-screen menus, rather than as a remote device. (Toggle local/remote on the Redmote). I'm guessing you're not using a sidehandle? You could navigate the menus the same with with that too...
