Just thought I'd share my appreciation for the team over at Red:
I'm in Sri Lanka working on a feature. We have 3 Epics (2 Xs and 1 M). The M goes down - LCD, EVF, HD-SDI not showing an image - and it's 2am on the US West Coast. I PM Jarred and within minutes receive a response saying that he's getting the Red London guys (mind you, it's Saturday and they're not open) to assist. Long story short, my Epic is back up and running within 3 hours of having a problem, and I'm halfway around the world on a little island with bad internet and unreliable power.
Can't thank you guys enough. Paul Jones (Red London) and Jarred - you guys just made my day.
