We shoot by the RED ONE in Vietnam and the it is hot now. So the camera has a problem when body is too hot. Do you have some solution to make the camera be cooler.
Thanks

throw some ice packs on it, lay a towel over the camera and the ice packs on top of that. That's what Soderbergh did shooting Che.

look for gel packs, they are better than ice pack, perhaps you can find them in a pharmacy...make sure you do not get the instant kind, they only last about 4 minutes.

buy a small cooler, put some ice in them, and about 4 - 6 gel packs, change them out every 20-30 minutes...you will be fine from there...make sure you place them directly on the heat sink above on the top of the camera, so if you have one of those retarded et top plates, take it off...that is adding to your problem.

Eh? What's retarded about the ET top plate? Was looking to buy one for low mode Steadicam use!

Put a fan on it in between takes. Good for the crew as well.
