Blueshape batteries with a GlobalMediaPro charger

I've been charging Bebop batteries with a global media pro charger without any problems so I don't see why the Blueshapes wouldn't work as well.

I'd say no problems but trust me...upgrade your charger asap...and keep the GMP one as a spare...ya never know

My question is, can chargers work across the board generally?
Obviously, it's better the have the same brand for both battery and charger, but is there some technical / mechanical reason why we should not mix V-Mounts and chargers from various manufacturers?
I have a set of Bebobs, but I would love to use them with the Switronix Travel Charger since it's so small and cheap, but am a bit worried to try it.

Well I just had a Global Media Pro charger melt one of my Sony v-lock batteries. Though it had been fine for two years up to that point. So I'd say be wary now.
