Blue Flicker in Red Cine Playback

When playing back footage in Red Cine X 22.3.31869 ( latest build ) , I am noticing a rectangular blue flicker every other frame in all of my footage. The strangest thing is that once I bring it into Premiere, theres no more flicker. Turning the Red Rocket off in Red Cine X also makes it disappear. So the problem must be with the Rocket. You can see it vividly when I export QT prores files but the flicker goes away when clicking the snapshot icon.I have reinstalled firmware and reseated the card. Flicker is still there.If anyone else has run into this, I would love to know what your solution was. Image below...

Just showed up in Premiere too when I turned the rocket on in the Source Settings menu. It has got to be the rocket. Has anyone else encountered this? Obviously I have to send it in but I was wondering if anyone has seen this before...

I tried the #8 DIP switch trick but am still getting the flicker.
Pulled the rocket out of the Mac Pro and put it in the Sonnet box. Same flicker.
