No. The latest news is KLM, British Airways, Lufthansa and just about every airline in Europe thinks they have been shafted by the EU and their phony computer data.
The EU should apologise to everyone around the world who has been affected by this needless crisis. They wont, because they are a spineless bunch of faceless bureaucrats.

Or a serious risk as shown by the finnish F18's this morning, damaged engines from flying at FL350 due to melting ash clogging up the ventilation and cooling systems.
