Blank white screen on startup

I have a Scarlet-MX and every time I start up the screen is completely white. I have to unplug and re-plug in the redtouch cable and then it's fine. I've gone through several firmware updates and none of them have seemed to have fixed it.

Thoughts?

Hi Grant, sounds like its a issue with the cable/connectors. Did you try another one?

Yeah I have two cables and they both do it.
