When you load the chosen shutter speeds to use for black shading do I just click calibrate and forget about it or do I still need to manually select and activate the relevant user setting 1-4 and load it into settings every time I change between the chosen shutters ?

Thanks - Jon

John,

one thing ink I do is map sensor calibrate button to the shortcuts on the home menu screen. Then it's two touches to get to the page where you chance the calibrations.

+1 with David, we map button No 1 on the top of our side handles. Prior to the Dragons sensor calibration was a PITA, now it's super easy and having four really saves time.

So Answers your question Jon, you do need to chose the calibration that nearest matches the shutter speed/angle. Just make sure your 'E' in your viewfinder is green. It's best have a perfect match, but there is some latitude, for example a 1/50 calibration will work fine with 1/48. A 1/200 calibration will work with 1/125 just fine.

Always test though....

I jump between 1/48 and 1/240 a lot. So I have 1 each one and 1 that is in the middle which keeps both in the green when I'm running and gunning. It's not the best, but it gets the job done!
