Hey guys, sorry for the quick post, I did a quick search to see if this has been addressed previously, but couldn't find it. I'm going to a shoot now so I'm kind of in a rush :)
I'm doing a black-shading of the sensor before leaving, and even though everything is set for the settings I'm going to use (23,976 on same timebase, 1/100, iso 800, 5000K) when I start the black shading, it switches to 12fps. I don't remember seeing that before, it was always staying at whatever fps I was using. Can it affect the calibration?

Or is it just too early in the morning and I'm confused.

I have not updated the firmware recently, there's been no change in my set-up. Let me know what you think :)

It does this, has for some time.

All that matters is that your shutter speed and temp are what you intend to shoot with and that you have the port cap on. Other than that the camera doesn't really care about your settings. when black shading.

Black shading is done on the entire sensor - this is why it is limited to 12 FPS on Scarlets. It does not affect your calibration as that is determined by exposure time and sensor temperature.
