Black Shading Stuck!

Currently doing a black shading on Epic. Camera is hung up on "Calibration....Cailbration pass 1 programming" There are 4 green bars lit and this has been the screen for the past 1/2 hour. camera fan is running. camera is on a fully charged battery. Should I pull the battery? Ticket sent to RED but checking to see if anyone else has had this happen. Thanks and Happy 4th!!!!

UPDATE: Pulled battery. Waited 60 seconds. Plugged in AC power. Turned camera back on. Reformatted card. Attempted Black Calibration. Black Calibration successful. Took about 15 minutes. My previous failed attempt was with a card that had some footage on it. Maybe reformatting the card and using a clean card was the difference.

Average black shade procedure is 30 minutes. Plan ahead, you need to get to set earlier, let camera warm up (15-20 min), then proceed with the black shading. Oh, and I suggest using a clean card.
