Hi,

Upgrading two cams to build 20.1.2. No problem.

Black shaded the first, no problem...

On the second cam, it has said BLACK SHADING: INSTALLING... for about 20 minutes now. Never taken more than 5 in the past.

Don't know whether to cut the power and reinstall 20.1.2 then redo the black shade or what...

Any advice?

Cutting power during a calibration doesn't seem like a good idea but what can I do?

Jim

EDIT:
Okay, was able to cancel the black shade and restore the default, so at least I didn't just cut it off midstream. Decided to push EXIT to see if it did anything and success!

Reinstalling firmware and will attempt new black shade now...

All good. Reinstalled b20.1.2 and did a new Black Shade. Worked fine.

You know it! Should have trusted Red would have thought of that and allowed an exit.
