Ever since the latest firmware update I haven't been able to black shade my Scarlet. It always comes up as "Failure". I've tried different speeds, different ISO, different resolution but it makes no difference. And yes also tried in a darkroom, pitch black but still no good. Shortly after black shading, my Scarlet monitor displayed a very grainy picture. I'm starting a big job at the end of the week and this is really concerning me. Any one else had this issue? Aside from that, everything else seems fine.

Also, try to reinstall the same firmware, and black shade again.

If no luck, try redownloading the firmware and try again.

If still no luck, try installing the previous working firmware, and try again.

I've tried all those options, re-downloaded latest firmware 3.0, re installed, reset factory settings but still comes up as failure.

I'm out of options.

I've tried all that too, still fails, see picture for black noise bands.

The settings were correct, 1/48 for 24 frames. Tried a few ISOs also. Nothing seems to work, have to work with what I got for now.

The good news is my side handle arrived today, so now I'm finally mobile. :)
