Black Frames On Every Shot

That is a link to a video of my screen to better show the issue. But to put it in writing...

- When I look at any of my proxy files they are all just black, every frame...
- When I look at the files in RedCine, they are also black...until I hit the "Color" button at the top of the screen.
- When I open the files in Rocket, they are also all black, until I hit the button Default for the color look.

Any ideas on what could have happened...?

sounds like a metadata setting... Master Gain may have been at 0 rather than 1. it wouldn't look black if you were monitoring RAW.

glitch - turn off "import look" (i think thats it - btm mid left in the library settings) to avoid heart attacks as we recently discovered.

Ah, Yes! "Show Color" within the library. It still shows up black in the other rooms (project, color etc.) but in the library that worked.
